What Information to Include in Your Support Request

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

  • Your WordPress version
  • Your JiffyTrade plugin version
  • Your PHP version (if known)
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Steps to reproduce the problem
  • Screenshots (if applicable)

If the issue relates to email sending, also include:

  • Your email provider
  • Any error messages shown
  • Do you have an SMTP plugin installed and setup (useful when shared web hosts block mail sending)

A large number of easily fixable issues relate to improper Role Based Access Control (RBAC) policy rules. It is recommended that you include your current policy in your support requests (an option is available to do this from within the plugin on the Support page).
