Linking External Documents to Customers and Jobs
External documents can be linked to customers or JiffyTrade™ documents such as quotes and invoices.
This makes it easier to keep all related paperwork organised.
Why Link Documents?
Linking documents helps you track paperwork related to a job or customer.

Linking to a Customer
When uploading or editing an external document, you can assign it to a customer.
This allows you to quickly identify which documents belong to each client.

- Certification issued to a customer

Linking to a Quote, Estimate, or Invoice
External documents can also be linked directly to a JiffyTrade™ document.
This helps keep supporting paperwork associated with the job it relates to.
