🧾 Business Settings Tab

Navigate to:

My Business → Settings → Business Settings

Fields Explained

Business Name

Your trading or company name.
Displayed on invoices, quotes, PDFs and email placeholders like {business_name}.

Business Identifier Label

Customisable label shown before your business registration number.

Example:

• Company No.
• Registration No.
• ABN
• EIN

This label appears in document footers.

Company No.

Your official registration number.
Shown using the label defined above.

Tax Registration ID

Displays your tax ID when Enable tax? is turned ON in:

My Business → Settings → Document Settings

If tax is disabled, this field will indicate that tax is not enabled.

Business Address

Your registered or trading address.
Appears on documents and is available as {business_address} in email templates.

Business Email

Primary contact email for your business.

Used in:

• Email placeholders
• Document footer (depending on template)
• Automated email messages

Business Phone

Your contact phone number.
Available as {business_phone}.

Business Logo

Upload your company logo for use on:

• PDFs
• Emails
• Document headers

Recommended:

• PNG format
• Transparent background
• High resolution (for sharp PDF output)

Footer Accreditation Logos

Optional section to display up to 10 accreditation or award logos in document footers.

Examples:

• Trade body memberships
• Insurance badges
• Certification logos

Tip: Use PNG format around 600x200px for best layout balance.
