JiffyTrade uses a licence system to manage feature access and plan upgrades.

Your licence determines:

• Feature availability
• Plan limitations
• White-label access (both plan and license level)
• Reports history depth
• Advanced functionality

Licensing is managed via your connected account.

Navigate to:

My Business → Account

🆓 Free Plan

The Free plan includes:

• Core document creation
• Basic customer management
• Limited Reports (last month only)
• Essential workflow features

This is suitable for small or trial usage.

🚀 Paid Plans (Pro & Higher)

Upgrading unlocks:

• Full historical Reports
• Advanced financial analytics
• Extended exports
• White-label options (where applicable)
• Enhanced control features

Reports and financial insight are among the primary benefits of upgrading.

🔄 Licence Activation

When you purchase a paid plan:

• Your site is connected to your licence
• Features unlock automatically
• Plan status is visible in the Account tab

🔁 Changing Plans

You may:

• Upgrade
• Downgrade
• Cancel

Changes reflect on your site once your current paid subscription period ends.

Some features may become unavailable if downgrading.

⚠ If a Licence Expires

If your licence becomes inactive:

• Premium features are disabled
• Core data remains intact
• Documents are not deleted
• Business records remain safe

Reactivating restores feature access.

🏷 White Label Plan

(Not to be confused with license-level whitelabelling – see below)

White-label mode allows you to:

• Remove JiffyTrade branding
• Customise plugin support routing (to your own inbox)
• Present a client-facing experience

This is typically available on higher-tier plans.

White-label does not alter:

• Data integrity
• Locking rules
• Financial safeguards
• RBAC protections

It changes presentation only.

🏷 License-level whitelabelling

If you’re installing JiffyTrade on a client’s website, and you are the license holder, you can activate ‘license-level’ Whitelabel mode in your Account. This will hide sensitive information such as your contact details. It does not remove JiffyTrade branding; to achieve this you need the above Whitelabel plan.

👤 Managing Your Account

The Account section allows you to:

• View licence status
• Check plan type
• Manage billing (via your connected account portal)
• Review subscription details

Billing and payment processing are handled securely through the licence provider, Freemius.

🔄 Moving to a New Site

If you migrate your site:

1. Install JiffyTrade on the new site.
2. Connect your account.
3. Your licence will activate based on your plan limits.

If activation limits are reached, you may need to deactivate a previous site.
