Branding Colour Scheme
This tab controls the visual appearance of your generated PDFs.
Navigate to:
My Business → Settings → Branding Scheme
🖨 PDF Layout
Active PDF Template
Select the template used to generate your documents.
Some options to choose from are:
- Minimalist (Ink Saver)
- Modern Professional (Default)
- Bold Sidebar (Pro + Whitelabel Plans only)
Changing this will alter layout structure, spacing, and design style.
🎨 Colour Controls
These settings customise the colours used throughout your PDF template.
Header Background
Controls the top banner background colour.
Title Bar Background
Controls the colour behind the document title (e.g. INVOICE / QUOTE).
Title Text Color
Controls the colour of the document title text.
Table Header Background
Controls the background colour of line item table headers.
Table Header Text
Controls the text colour inside table headers.
Footer Background
Controls the background colour of the footer section.
Footer Text Color
Controls the footer text colour.
🔍 Live Preview
The preview panel on the right updates visually as you adjust colours, helping you see changes before saving.
Buttons
Save Branding Colour Scheme
Applies your custom colours.
View Example PDF
Generates a sample PDF using current branding settings (remember to save first before previewing).
Revert to Default
Resets all colours back to template defaults (which you must confirm by saving).
💡 Best Practice
For professional readability:
- Use strong contrast between background and text
- Avoid very light text on light backgrounds
- Test using View Example PDF before finalising
- It is advisable to use colour scheme which reflects your logo and brand
