Terms of Service
This tab allows you to define standard Terms of Service that can be attached to invoices and quotes as a PDF.
Navigate to:
My Business → Settings → Terms of Service
📝 Terms of Service Settings
Heading
The section heading shown above your terms content inside the generated PDF.
Example:
- Important Information
- Terms & Conditions
- Legal Notice
Title
The document title for your Terms PDF.
Example:
- Terms of Service
- Terms and Conditions
Body
The main content of your Terms.
This can include:
- Service scope
- Payment terms
- Late payment clauses
- Cancellation policy
- Client responsibilities
- Legal disclaimers
This content is exported into a downloadable PDF when attached to documents.
📎 Terms of Service attached to emails by default?
Toggle: OFF / ON
When ON:
- The “Attach Terms” checkbox will be ticked by default in send-email screens and modals.
- You can still manually untick it when sending.
When OFF:
- Terms will not be attached unless manually selected.
🧾 Message to append to notes section of invoices/quotes
This message is added to the Notes section of invoices/quotes when Terms are attached.
Example:
For your convenience, the Terms of Service governing this document are attached and supplied alongside it.
This ensures customers are aware that Terms are included.

Save Terms of Service
Saves your terms configuration.
Download Terms PDF
Downloads a standalone copy of your Terms of Service PDF.
Useful for:
- Manual distribution
- Website uploads
- Legal review
⚠ Important Notes
- Changes apply to newly generated attachments.
- Previously sent documents are not modified.
- You are responsible for ensuring your Terms comply with applicable laws.
