Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident using JiffyTrade.
If you have purchased a Pro plan and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
To request a refund:
- Contact us via the support form
- Include your order email address
- Briefly explain the reason for your request
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Please note:
- Refunds apply to the initial purchase only.
- Renewal payments are generally non-refundable.
- Refunds must be requested directly through JiffyTrade support.
- Payment processing is handled by Freemius, but refund decisions are made by us as the product vendor.
We aim to review refund requests promptly and fairly.
